DonorOS
Houston, Texas
What it is
DonorOS is a web fundraising platform for nonprofit teams working across grants, donors, proposals, workplace giving, and donor journeys. Its AI lead discovery scans data points for potential supporters and funding matches. Grant Copilot uses live funder guidelines to answer eligibility questions and match programs with opportunities, while Smart Proposal Drafting uses an organization’s past successes and outcomes to create proposal drafts in its voice. For workplace giving, DonorOS identifies matching gifts, notifies donors, and tracks reconciliation, drawing on a database of more than 20,000 companies. Donor Journey Tracking puts donor interactions, gifts, and touchpoints on one timeline. Five specialized AI agents address development, grants, communications, operations, and engagement. Users can set guardrails and choose among six autonomy levels, with approval controls for high-stakes actions and an audit trail of decisions and actions. Notifications can go through Slack, email, SMS, or voice. NorthPath Meridian connects to SaaS platforms through a single REST webhook endpoint. Pricing is available on request; the company describes a 30-minute setup call and says first results can arrive within 24 hours.
