What it is
DoneDone combines a shared inbox with task management, giving small teams a way to capture incoming requests, assign ownership, and track work through completion. Task tools include projects, tasks, checklists, custom workflows and statuses, due dates, notifications, and a board view. Shared mailboxes support conversation assignment, saved replies, custom workflows, and auto responders. The Pro plan adds a white-label customer ticket portal. Starter costs $45 a month with annual billing or $49 a month with monthly billing; it includes up to four users and one shared mailbox. Pro costs $89 a month with annual billing or $99 a month with monthly billing; it includes up to eight users and three shared mailboxes. Both plans include unlimited projects, tasks, checklists, conversations, and emails; Pro includes unlimited guest users. Additional seats cost extra. DoneDone offers web, iOS, and Android access, plus an API and outbound webhooks. Listed integrations include Slack, Glip/RingCentral, TestLodge, GitHub, Harvest, Zapier, and WebEx. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.
