What it is
DigiSigner is a web-based service for signing documents online and collecting signatures from other people. Users upload a document, create a signature by drawing with a mouse, typing a name, or inserting an image, then invite others to sign and receive a completion notification. The service lists an audit trail, document templates, bulk sending, API access, and controls for signature order. PRO and TEAM plans include templates, branding, and signing links; PRO supports one sender, while TEAM supports up to five senders and adds team features. DigiSigner says its signatures comply with ESIGN, UETA, and European eIDAS and are legally binding. Documents are described as protected by a firewall, session authentication, SSL, and 256-bit HTTPS encryption, with monitoring of servers and storage. The REST-style JSON API has PHP, Java, and C# libraries. The free plan is free for three documents monthly; PRO is $15 a month billed annually, TEAM is $50 a month billed annually, and a 14-day trial is available.
