What it is
Crestron AirMedia enables wireless presentation and collaboration from laptops, smartphones, and tablets to displays in conference rooms, huddle rooms, lounges, and other spaces. Presenters can use downloadable software, a Google Chrome extension, Miracast on supported Windows computers, or the AirMedia mobile app. AirMedia Canvas supports up to four simultaneous sources through the app, Apple Screen Mirroring, or Chrome extension, and up to three through Miracast or Connect Devices. With compatible receivers and adaptors, a personal device can use room cameras, microphones, and speakers with a chosen conferencing platform, including Microsoft Teams or Zoom. The AM-TX3-100 shares content up to 4K30 and supports pairing up to eight adaptors with one Wi-Fi-capable Series 3 receiver. Security features include AES content encryption, 802.1x access control, and Active Directory authentication. Pricing is on request; Crestron directs buyers to authorized dealers.
