What it is
CodeTwo Exchange Migration is a Windows server application for moving mailboxes and public folders into on-premises Exchange Server Subscription Edition. Sources include earlier Exchange versions, Microsoft 365, hosted Exchange, and IMAP systems. Exchange Server 2013 and newer can move directly to Subscription Edition without an intermediate release. Administrators can perform cross-forest or cross-domain moves, staged and hybrid migrations, and delta passes that copy newly arrived items without repeating migrated content. Supported IMAP sources include Google Workspace, HCL Notes, Rackspace, Zimbra, Kopano, and Kerio Connect. Jobs can be scheduled, filtered by time or folder, limited to selected item types, and followed through detailed reports. The application runs in the customer environment, using encrypted connections and OAuth 2.0 for Microsoft 365 without storing Microsoft 365 credentials. Source data is copied rather than changed or removed. Calendar and contact migration are supported; tenant-to-tenant moves are not. A 30-day trial allows up to 10 items per folder.
