ClinicSite
What it is
ClinicSite is a web service for rebuilding and publishing clinic websites. It can use an existing public site or information supplied by a practice, then creates editable pages in a visual block editor. Its generator is instructed to rely on source facts and omit sections when details are missing. Sites can be published on a ClinicSite subdomain or a custom domain, with SSL certificates issued and renewed automatically. Clinician profiles, location pages, and online booking are supported, while published sites direct visitors to phone or email instead of submitting contact forms. Pro costs $99 a year and includes one year of domain web hosting and email support. Platinum costs $299 a month and adds EMR integration, an AI chatbot, and appointment syncing. Elite costs $499 a month and includes Platinum features. EMR connections read appointments and clinician lists, not clinical or billing records. ClinicSite discloses no HIPAA certification, SOC 2 report, or signed business associate agreement.
For and against
For
- Rebuilds sites from existing or supplied clinic information
- Visual block editor supports page editing
- Custom domains receive automatically renewed SSL
- Supports clinician profiles and location pages
- EMR schedule sync available on higher plans
Against
- No free plan
- Patient forms are not supported
- EMR integration excludes clinical and billing records
- No HIPAA certification, SOC 2 report, or BAA
The verdict
ClinicSite combines clinic-site rebuilding, visual editing, custom publishing, and practice-oriented pages. Higher plans add EMR schedule data and a chatbot, but practices should review the disclosed compliance limitations and the lack of patient forms.
Who it suits
ClinicSite suits independent and small-group dental, medical, behavioural health, and therapy practices needing editable websites. Platinum or Elite may suit practices wanting EMR schedules or a clinic-information chatbot.
