Client Conflict Check
San Diego, California, United States
What it is
Client Conflict Check is an online service for attorneys to identify and manage possible conflicts of interest. Search results appear as users type, and the service can also search automatically as new case information is entered. Firms can add custom case types, include unlimited parties in each case, and link witnesses and experts to matters. Existing firm data can be imported. Reports can show daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly totals, and sort contacts by attorney, case type, or case involvement. The cloud-connected service is available on the web, iOS, and Android; the vendor says it can be accessed wherever an internet connection is available. It says the service uses SSL and encryption and performs daily database backups with redundant servers. The vendor also states that the product conforms to professional responsibility rules in all 50 U.S. states and ABA Model Rules. Solo Firms costs $199 a year for up to two active attorneys; Mid Size Firms costs $249 a year for up to 10. Both plans include email support and a 30-day trial. Large Firms pricing is available by quote. The company says it was started by attorneys in San Diego, California.
