What it is
CertSeal is software for designing, issuing, delivering, and verifying digital certificates, badges, and other credentials. Its editor supports drag-and-drop design, branding, dynamic fields, and a library of 200+ templates. Teams can issue personalized credentials in bulk from CSV or Google Sheets data, or through the API. Each credential receives a unique verification URL and dynamic QR code, allowing verification from a printed copy. Teams can revoke and reissue credentials, with verification pages showing current status. Recipients can share credentials to LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, or add them to LinkedIn's Licenses and Certifications section. Listed integrations include Zoom, Zapier, and a REST API with signed webhooks; Zapier connects to 5,000+ apps. CertSeal offers API, self-hosted, and web platforms. The free plan includes 100 certificates per year and one batch; paid plans start at $39 a month.
