Buildkite
What it is
Buildkite Pipelines is a CI/CD platform that dispatches workflow steps as jobs to agents. Dynamic pipelines can generate and upload steps during a build, allowing workflows to respond to code changes, test results, or other runtime logic. Test Engine collects results across testing frameworks and helps teams track, analyze, and act on them; it can quarantine flaky tests, split tests across parallel jobs, and monitor performance, reliability, and ownership. Teams can use Buildkite-hosted agents or run agents in their own on-premises or cloud infrastructure. Listed integrations include Slack, PagerDuty, Datadog, Honeycomb, OpenTelemetry, Amazon EventBridge, Artifactory, Docker Hub, and Backstage. Buildkite lists TLS 1.2+ protection for data in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and an annually audited SOC 2 Type II report. The Free Plan costs nothing and includes up to five users and 10 concurrent jobs. Pro costs $30 a month, billed per active user monthly, and supports up to 50 users and 250 concurrent agents, with 10 included. Enterprise has custom pricing and a 30-user minimum.
