What it is
Bookipi Invoice helps freelancers and small businesses create and send invoices from web and mobile apps, and provides invoice-view notifications. It can autofill client details and line items and send automatic reminders for overdue invoices. Users can also create and send estimates, contracts and proposals from the same platform. Customers can pay by credit card or Tap to Pay on iPhone and Android, though Tap to Pay is available only in select countries. Bookipi says invoices sync across web and mobile apps through cloud synchronization. A Gmail add-on supports creating and sending invoices from Gmail. The Free plan costs nothing and permits up to three invoices and three eSign documents per month, with quotas resetting every 30 days. Starter costs $7.60 a month and Professional costs $39 a month; both list unlimited invoices and up to three eSignatures per month. Plans include chat and email support, video tutorials and self-help guides. Bookipi Group says it was founded in 2018.
