What it is
Barco ClickShare is a wireless conferencing and presentation system that links a laptop with a meeting room’s camera, microphone, speakers, and display. A room base unit and ClickShare Button let users join calls through the room equipment, while Barco says a meeting can start in less than seven seconds with one click from the Button or app. The system supports Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex. People can share from Windows and macOS computers, or from iOS and Android devices through the ClickShare Mobile App. AirPlay, Miracast, and Google Cast are also supported. Compatible touchscreens allow annotation and blackboarding. CX-20, CX-30, and CX-50 2nd generation models target different room sizes. XMS Cloud handles installation, configuration, monitoring, management, and analytics. Security features include configurable levels, encryption, verification, and firmware updates. Pricing is on request; the listed ClickShare Bar Pro plan is $3,725, paid once, excluding VAT, duties, and freight. A free trial unit is available for up to four weeks under stated conditions.
