Arkiwera is a web service for organizations preserving websites and social media content. Scheduled website collections create browsable copies viewable in Arkiwera or a browser. Social captures include posts, comments, and reactions from Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, YouTube, and LinkedIn. A custom crawler preserves SharePoint sites as static snapshots with linked files. Users can search and filter archived posts, switch among versions from different collection runs, and download complete histories, individual posts, or website copies. Archives can be saved as HTML or WARC; HTML exports are packaged as ZIP files. Export packages can move into an e-archive or document management system. The annual subscription is priced by social channels or web domains and includes at least 50 GB of storage, three or more users, and unlimited collections during the license period, subject to agreement and procurement terms.
