ZenTreasury
Helsinki, Finland
What it is
ZenTreasury is a financial contract accounting platform for Office of the CFO finance and treasury teams. It converts leases, loans and foreign-exchange positions into schedules, journals, disclosures and an audit trail. Lease accounting covers IFRS 16 recognition, schedules, modifications, remeasurements, indexation and foreign-currency retranslation. The maker says US entities can use ASC 842 while international subsidiaries use IFRS 16; ASC 842 support is in early access under finance oversight. Other supported instruments include deposits, money-market instruments, commercial paper, bonds, FX contracts, guarantees and trade finance. Controls include approval workflows, role-based access, per-module permissions, second-approver checks and audit trails. Data can enter through files, scheduled imports, APIs, bank feeds and structured imports, with ERP integrations. Reports and access include Excel, PDF, Power BI, REST API and read-only MCP. ZenTreasury does not initiate payments or execute trades. EU hosting, separate customer databases and AES-256 backup encryption are specified. Support is offered in English and Finnish on Finnish weekdays.
