Summary

WP Career Board is a WordPress plugin for building and operating a job board on your own website. Its public board offers live keyword search and filters for salary, location, and job type. Employers can post jobs, manage listings and applicants, and publish company profiles with open roles. Candidates can apply, save jobs, and follow their applications through their dashboards. The free plan includes board and dashboard features, job applications, company profiles, CSV export, and BuddyPress integration. Pro adds a Kanban hiring pipeline, resume tools, WooCommerce payments for listings and credits, and AI-assisted job writing. Listed AI options include OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and self-hosted Ollama; the documentation says Ollama keeps data on the user's server. The plugin requires WordPress 6.9 or higher and PHP 8.1 or higher, and is distributed through wbcomdesigns.com rather than WordPress.org. Pricing includes a free plan and Pro Personal at 69.00 USD per year for one site.
