Administrators can set permissions from View Only to Administrator and restrict modules. Client access can be limited to selected records, while agents can edit assigned records with tracked changes. Outlook tools upload emails to WebTMS records and compose merge emails from templates; a newer web add-in supports Outlook for Mac, Outlook on the web, new Outlook and classic Outlook 2016 or later.
