What it is
vTuber Kit is a free desktop program for creating and streaming with a customizable 2D vTuber character. It runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux. OpenSeeFace provides camera facial tracking, while microphone input supports the setup. Models can be personalized by combining hair, clothes, colors, and accessories. Version 0.2.2 added importing and exporting .owo model files and importing custom items with anti-aliasing. Twitch integrations cover channel point redeems, chat interactions, subscriptions, bits, and Twitch Power-ups. The maker’s guide explains adding vTuber Kit to OBS as a Game Capture source with transparency enabled. Webcam face tracking works only on Windows, which is the intended and tested build; macOS and Linux builds are untested and may not work completely correctly.
