What it is
VCPeer provides private-market intelligence for founders, investors, and startup operators. Founders can browse investor profiles, compare firms, and filter by stage, sector, and geography. They can also share investor experiences anonymously, report ghosting, and compare term sheets. VCPeer says founder reviews come from verified submissions and public profile facts are supported by sourceable public evidence. Its Rally feature finds prospects, writes personalized emails, manages replies, and books meetings for customers, partners, resellers, or investors. Rally can send through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or SMTP, with replies threaded in the user's inbox and Rally inbox; interested replies receive the user's Cal.com link. In investor Raise mode, each fund receives outreach to one partner per wave, and any reply from that fund closes outreach to it. Rally documents a REST API and hosted MCP server, while its typed SDK and CLI are forthcoming. A free plan is available; paid options include a $99 one-time Research Report, Pro at $299/year, and Team at $999/year. The free plan includes no exports.
