Universal Minecraft Tool
What it is
Universal Minecraft Tool combines three utilities for working with Minecraft worlds on Windows: an NBT editor, a world converter, and a pruner. The editor changes saved world data and offers undo and redo, search, a hex editor, and a visual chunk locator. The converter handles worlds across Minecraft editions and versions, including terrain, items, containers, mobs, and biomes. The pruner selects chunks for removal in Java, Bedrock, and Legacy Console worlds; it works on a copy until you save. The app can open Java and Bedrock world folders, .mcworld files, and Legacy Console worlds after they are transferred to the Windows computer. Marketplace worlds are not supported. Conversions are intended for vanilla worlds: mods and texture packs do not convert, player data does not transfer between editions, and some invisible structure metadata may be left behind. Worlds stay on the user's device rather than being uploaded to company servers. An internet connection is still needed for account verification. The free plan covers NBT editing for world settings; full access costs $15.00 per month or $5.00 per year, billed as $60 annually.
