Ture Skills Intelligence
Toronto, Canada
What it is
Ture Skills Intelligence supports workforce transitions with a private AI career agent, human coaching, employer-funded services, and program reporting. SkillsID reads resumes to identify skills without manual tagging, then maps experience against more than 32,000 skills and 58,000 occupations. Career Path Explorer highlights transferable skills and gaps, while recommendations can direct users to marketplace courses or coaches. Ture AI helps participants find roles, tailor applications, prepare for interviews, and submit applications while they control what is sent. Job-board activity can be captured so applications, interviews, and follow-ups appear together. Organizations can monitor activation, engagement, spending, and placement signals during a program, while participant profiles, applications, conversations, and support choices remain private unless shared. Employees can spend employer-funded Flex Credits on courses, coaching, and wellness support. The service is offered through web and API access, with HRIS, identity, recruiting, learning, and workspace integrations. Enterprise plans support SAML 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM 2.0. Ture states that data is encrypted, SOC 2 Type II certified, and stored and processed in Canada.
