Teal
What it is
Teal is a career and job-search platform with an AI resume builder for creating resumes and tailoring them to job descriptions. Users can start from scratch, upload a PDF or Word document, paste text, or import LinkedIn content. The builder compares a resume with a job description, provides a Match Score, and suggests keywords and content improvements. Its ATS-friendly templates offer controls for layout, fonts, spacing, colors, and section order. Free accounts include unlimited resume creation and PDF downloads, 10 templates, basic analysis, the top five job-description keywords, and limited AI credits. Teal says DOC and DOCX exports are not currently offered. Its Chrome extension saves jobs from supported job boards, including Indeed, Glassdoor, and Built In, but is for Google Chrome on desktop or laptop devices. The free plan is free. Teal lists Teal+ Weekly at $13 a month, Teal+ Monthly at $29 a month, and Teal+ Quarterly at $79 a month. There is no general free trial.
