What it is
SwiftCheckPrint is a web portal for preparing printable checks, reviewing them as PDFs, and printing them on user-supplied check stock. It supports saved checks and printing accounts, check history, PDF preview and download, and check-number tracking. Users can import ezCheckPrinting CSV files, bulk Excel or CSV check data, and export check history. A QuickBooks Online connection can sync vendor and account names and optionally record check expenses; routing numbers, full account numbers, signatures, and check images are not sent to QuickBooks. The service does not connect to banks, access balances, move money, clear checks, or process ACH or card payments. Its current PDF places one check at the top of US Letter paper with two stubs; middle and bottom positions are not applied by the current generator. Users need their own printer and compatible stock.
