super.AI Document
San Francisco, California, United States
What it is
super.AI Document automates the extraction of information from business documents using intelligent document processing. It accepts files and data from a computer, URLs, JSON, cloud providers and on-premise data centers, as well as programmatic submissions through Python, cURL or the CLI. Supported formats include digital and scanned PDFs, TIFF, GIF, JPEG, PNG and other formats. Users set their preferred balance of quality, cost and speed; super.AI says it uses both people and AI to meet the selected quality level. Low-confidence results can be routed to built-in review views for a customer's reviewers. A separate Data Processing Crowd service is available by request and separate agreement. Named integrations include Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Box and SharePoint, and custom integrations can be discussed. All plans include the core processing API. Starter is free and includes 25,000 starting credits; Growth costs $140 a month. Credits are counted at 200 per processed page, reset monthly and do not roll over. Encryption at rest and in transit is listed for all plans, while SOC 2 Type II report access and contractual security commitments apply to Enterprise only.
