What it is
StackBuilder is a Windows logistics optimization module for planning how articles fit into cases, boxes onto pallets, and pallets onto trucks. It analyzes homogeneous packing and palletizing for boxes, cylinders, and bundles, with heterogeneous analyses available in beta. Packaging details can include pallet interlayers, gaps, corners, films, and labels. Premium adds manual box positioning, horizontal cylinder palletization and truck loading, half- and quarter-pallet analyses, and searches for box groupings and stacks. It can produce packing, palletizing, and truck-loading reports in formats including DOC, ODT, and HTML, export robot files in XML or CSV, and share an item database between users. StackBuilder integrates with TreeDiM’s Picador and PLM Pack. The free account is limited to Excel mass calculations using the first five rows. Premium starts at €360.00 per year for one user.
