Signater

What it is
Signater is browser-based software for businesses to send, sign and track contracts. It groups documents and signers into an envelope, which can follow a sequential or parallel signing order and ends with a completion certificate. Identity checks include options such as email or SMS codes, selfie liveness, identity documents, facial biometrics and geolocation. Templates keep repeat-use text ready, with fields for changing details and a separate version for each edit. Signers can open a link on a phone or computer without installing an app or creating a Signater account. The platform, signing process and messages are available in six languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian. Signater says its electronic signatures are legally binding under the U.S. ESIGN Act, UETA and EU eIDAS. A free plan includes three envelopes per month for one user, with no credit card required. Paid plans start at $39/mo. The REST API and webhooks are available on Business and Enterprise plans; Signater offers Android, iOS, web and API access.
