What it is
SHELLNGN is a browser-based server management platform for SSH, SFTP, RDP, VNC, and Telnet connections. Its SSH client supports tabbed sessions, password or private-key authentication, command completion, and command snippets. The SFTP browser provides drag-and-drop transfers, ZIP creation, and an in-app code editor with syntax highlighting. Remote desktop access uses RDP for Windows servers and VNC for Linux and Unix servers, including sound redirection and clipboard support. SHELLNGN Cloud connects to publicly accessible internet servers, not LAN servers. The self-hosted Pro option runs in Docker on customer infrastructure and can access both cloud and LAN servers. Mobile access uses a responsive web interface with keyboard support, snippets, and file management. Pro Commercial adds team features and SAML 2.0 single sign-on; TOTP two-factor authentication is available on all plans. Cloud Basic is $3.25 a month, billed $39 annually, and a 30-day trial is available without a credit card. The service also offers self-hosted plans and web, Android, and iOS access.
