What it is
Renovate is a contractor CRM for renovation and remodeling businesses managing estimates, invoices, jobs, and client communications. Contractors can create branded estimates with photos, itemized labor and materials, markup, and tax; customers can approve and sign online. Accepted estimates can become staged invoices tracked as draft, sent, paid, or overdue. Job management includes contacts, a sales pipeline, schedules, tasks, job folders, and a searchable Media Library for photos and documents. Renovate AI creates a photorealistic room preview from an uploaded photo and selected style, with 50 monthly previews on Pro and 100 on Pro Plus. Pro Plus adds a public storefront URL for product browsing and order requests. Pro costs $29.99 a month, while Pro Plus costs $59.99 a month. The Teams plan is marked Coming soon and includes three seats. Renovate is available in the US and Canada through a desktop or mobile browser. Native iOS and Android apps are described as coming soon. Clients pay contractors directly; Renovate says it does not process or take a cut of those payments.
