What it is
Reconcile.ly is a web service that syncs Shopify orders, payments, refunds, fees, and payouts into Xero or QuickBooks Online. It can consolidate payout orders into one invoice matching a bank deposit, and supports invoice mapping, tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive sales, refunds, gift cards, and gateway fees. Sync timing depends on the plan: Starter is daily, Standard hourly, and Pro and Unlimited real time. Plans also add inventory and contact syncing, multicurrency, transaction grouping, tagged-order sending, and COGS reconciliation. The service supports all payment gateways listed by its Shopify App Store description, including Afterpay and PayPal. Historical payments can be retrieved up to 60 days old.
