Quickbase · Boston, Massachusetts, United States · founded 1999
What it is
Quickbase is a low-code platform for building data-driven business applications and workflows for complex projects and processes. Apps can be created with a visual builder, spreadsheet or Lucidchart ERD imports, templates, API calls, and generative AI in beta. Reporting includes table, summary, map, calendar, timeline, Kanban, and Gantt views, along with charts and role-personalized dashboards. Users can automate database-triggered tasks and design workflows with conditions, branches, and loops. Quickbase lists more than 40 built-in connectors, including Salesforce, Snowflake, Microsoft Outlook, and Slack, plus XML and JSON APIs and webhooks. Web apps are available on mobile, while the mobile app supports viewing apps and reports and adding, editing, viewing, and deleting records. Mobile support requires Android 12.0 or later or iOS 17.0 or later, and some field types behave differently on mobile. Quickbase encrypts data and attachments at rest with AES-256 and communications with TLS 1.2 or 1.3. The Team plan costs $35 a month per user, priced annually, excluding the platform minimum fee. A 30-day trial includes Business features.
