PurchaseFlow
What it is
PurchaseFlow is a web and API operating platform for multi-site purchasing, finance, stock, expenses and compliance. Its purchasing workflow handles multi-supplier baskets, requisitions, approvals, purchase orders and budget checks when requests are made. Invoice Intelligence verifies invoice fields, performs three-way matching, and checks for fraud, duplicates and calculation errors. Inventory counts, stock values and predictive ordering connect stock activity with purchasing and site usage. Staff expenses, emailed receipts and mileage claims follow the same approval and finance controls. Supplier Management covers onboarding, agreements, performance scoring and rebate tracking through a supplier portal. Reports show spending by site, supplier, category, cost code and project, with audit-ready exports. The service names Xero, Sage and NetSuite, plus an open API and accounting and ERP integrations. PurchaseFlow says it is UK-hosted on AWS, GDPR compliant and Cyber Essentials certified, with SSO, SAML and audit logging. Support includes in-app and email help; larger deployments receive a named success manager.
