What it is
posterXXL is a paid service for creating personalized photo products, including photo books, wall art, prints, cards, calendars, and gifts. Its mobile app and web editor support photo imports from a device camera roll, Google Photos, Facebook, Instagram, and Dropbox. The Smart Assistant can select photos, remove duplicates and blurry images, and arrange selections in book layouts that can be edited afterward. Photo books come in different sizes and formats, with hardcover or softcover options; some offer layflat binding and glossy paper. Wall art can use canvas, posters, aluminium, acrylic glass, or photo board, with frames available for some products. App features also include automatic book layouts, an AI image optimizer, 3D wall art previews, and Smart Collections. Projects sync between the app and web editor, but not the desktop editor. Offline photo book software is available for Mac and Windows. Listed prices include €0.09, paid once for a 10.2×10.2 cm print, €12.99, paid once for a 10×10 cm softcover book, and €24.99, paid once for a 28×21 cm canvas; shipping is extra.
