What it is
Pomofocus is a customizable Pomodoro timer for desktop and mobile browsers, with downloads for Mac, Windows, and Linux. It is intended for focused work such as studying, writing, or coding. Users add tasks, estimate the number of Pomodoros each needs, choose one, and work in 25-minute intervals followed by five-minute breaks. Focus and break lengths, alarm sounds, and background sounds can be adjusted. The free plan, listed as free, includes estimated finish times, templates, visual reports, and custom settings. Reports show focused time by day, week, and month, while templates let users save recurring tasks for one-click additions. Premium features add project time tracking, yearly reports, CSV downloads, more than three templates, Todoist and webhook integrations, and an ad-free experience; no Premium price is listed. The Windows app may show an unsafe-app warning because it is not signed with a developer certificate. The terms limit use to personal, non-commercial purposes. The privacy policy says cookies and usage data may be collected, and data from users outside Japan may be processed in Japan.
