What it is
Planning Poker Online is a browser-based tool for estimating story points during sprint planning. Teams can vote together in real time or submit estimates asynchronously and reveal them later. The built-in decks include Fibonacci, modified Fibonacci, powers of two, T-shirt sizes, and estimates in hours, days, or weeks; teams can also make custom decks. Once votes are revealed, the table displays their spread, average, and an agreement score. Players join a game with a display name and do not need an account, but the game creator does. The free plan allows 9 votings and 5 voted issues per game, with unlimited players and permanent game URLs. The web app supports CSV issue import and export, importing issues from pasted URLs, and a Linear connection through OAuth for importing issues and writing estimates back. Jira users can use a separate Jira Cloud plugin to import issues and return agreed story points; the web app itself does not connect to Jira. Premium costs $30 a month per facilitator, or $300 billed yearly, and includes a 15-day trial. Its maker identifies WE AGILE YOU, S.L. as the company responsible for the site.
