What it is
PebblePad is a higher education platform for learning, assessment and learner engagement. Students can plan, record and reflect on learning experiences, then assemble and share evidence of their capabilities in ePortfolios. Educators can create workbooks and templates for activities, projects and placements, monitor engagement, and provide formative or summative feedback and assessment. The platform maps competencies, capabilities and skills against programme outcomes or professional frameworks. Progress dashboards let institutions define completion and identify learners ready for assessment. PebblePocket captures reflections, photos, videos and other evidence offline, then syncs content when reconnected. Accounts are issued by institutions, each of which has its own installation.
