Parmetra
What it is
Parmetra is a web-based pay-transparency compliance platform for EU employers and HR or compliance teams. It calculates mean and median pay gaps across an organization and within work categories, flags the 5% joint-assessment trigger, and exports regulator-ready snapshots. A point-factor engine scores roles on skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions to group jobs of equal value using objective, gender-neutral criteria. Employers can publish compliant salary ranges and record the ban on salary-history questions. Employees may request average pay by sex for their category, with a tracked two-month response clock. Optional AI drafting suggests valuation criterion scores from a position title, while a person makes every final decision. Employees and administrators can use all 24 official EU languages. Growth adds Personio synchronization and salary-history tracking. Parmetra says workforce data is stored in the EU, with its primary application database in Frankfurt, Germany, and encryption in transit and at rest. Workspaces are invitation-only, not self-service. Plans start at €179 per month for Starter, while the pricing note lists €149 per month annually and a 14-day trial.
