What it is
OrderBee is a web-based inventory planning service for small product brands selling through Shopify, wholesale, or B2B channels. It produces a 12-week demand forecast that updates daily and recommends what to reorder, how much, and when. Buy plans calculate quantities, timing, and safety stock per SKU using supplier lead times and whole-case rounding. Alerts identify items below their reorder point and show suggested quantities with projected stockout dates. Shopify orders, products, current stock, and sales history can synchronize in one click. Sales and inventory can also be imported from Moneybird, WeFact, Huboo, or CSV files; Amazon sales are currently supported by CSV upload. Starter costs €49 a month, billed monthly and excluding 21% VAT, for up to 10 SKUs, one forecast plan, Shopify sync, and email support. Growth costs €99 a month on the same billing basis, with unlimited SKUs and forecast plans, wholesale and B2B channels, and priority support. There is no free plan or trial.
