Omni
Goleta, California, United States
What it is
Omni manages provisioning, configuration, upgrades, and backups for Talos clusters across bare metal, edge, and cloud infrastructure. It is available as SaaS or self-hosted software, including disconnected and air-gapped deployments. Listed environments include KubeVirt, libvirt, vSphere, Proxmox, AWS EC2, QEMU, UTM, PXE, and infrastructure teams build themselves. Omni applies declarative templates across fleets and keeps clusters aligned with their specifications. Fleet-wide Talos and Kubernetes upgrades include health checks, atomic per-node updates, and automatic rollback after failure. Nodes connect through WireGuard, while KubeSpan can extend encryption across clusters and sites. Workload Proxy creates an identity-provider-gated URL for an HTTP service and routes traffic through the encrypted tunnel. SAML or OIDC authentication, per-cluster roles, and UI or API audit records are supported. Hobby costs $10 per month for up to 10 nodes and two users; Startup costs $25 per node per month for up to 50 nodes and unlimited clusters. A 14-day trial requires no credit card.
