McpeTool
What it is
McpeTool is a free, offline utility for reading and writing Minecraft Bedrock Edition world data. Its command-line interface and HTTP API provide get, put and delete operations for world information. Database commands work with key/value pairs in a world’s LevelDB store, while level.dat commands can retrieve or replace data in JSON, YAML, hex dump, base64 or binary formats. The local HTTP server accepts GET, PUT and DELETE requests for database keys. NBT data can be converted through JSON and YAML formats, using the nbt2json module identified by the maker. McpeTool runs on Linux, macOS and Windows and can be self-hosted. It is intended as a basic access layer for people building more capable world editors. The project is MIT-licensed, but described as a work in progress and not affiliated with Minecraft, Mojang or Microsoft.
