MapZap is a geography game for iPhone, iPad and Android devices. Players use clues to locate places on a world map, with scores based on how close each pin is to the answer. The game covers every country, its flag and capital, as well as more than a thousand landmarks and other places. Players can take on the shared five-round Daily Challenge, work through a 100-level campaign in 10 chapters, play timed Blitz rounds, or quiz themselves on countries, flags and capitals. Duels are available with a friend or in a live match. Local play lets up to eight people take turns on one device without an account or internet connection. Players can unlock cosmetic items, including pin colors, outfits, character finishes and stickers. Progress can begin on an anonymous on-device profile, with optional Apple or Google sign-in to carry it across devices. The free plan is free and includes ads.
