World Quest for Kids
What it is
World Quest for Kids is a geography adventure app for children ages 3–12, available on Android, iOS, and macOS. It covers 195 countries with more than 500 narrated, illustrated stories grouped by age. An interactive map reveals countries as children explore, and they can earn passport stamps for places they unlock. Daily quizzes cover flags, capitals, and landmarks, with streaks and XP points to track progress. Content, vocabulary, and challenges adapt to age bands 3–6, 6–9, and 9–12. GeoBot answers geography questions in age-appropriate language. The app supports offline learning, Apple Sign-In, and guest modes. Parents can adjust sound, notifications, and content level. The maker says it is COPPA compliant, does not collect personal information from children under 13, and has no chat, user-generated content, or way for strangers to contact a child. The free plan covers 30+ countries; Premium Monthly is $3.99 a month and Premium — Annual is $19.99 a year, each covering the entire world and an ad-free experience. A 7-day trial is listed.
