Loreon

Oslo, Norway

What it is

Loreon is a web-based workspace for novelists managing long-form or serialized fiction. It combines a manuscript editor with a structured story bible for characters, locations, cultures, world history, and rules, plus consistency checks at scene, chapter, and manuscript level. Its agents cover worldbuilding, character voice, continuity, foreshadowing, plot structure, adaptation, and production. Writers can direct agents to ghost-write, co-author, or review silently while retaining authority over manuscript changes. Loreon can track canon and planted threads across volumes, and includes book outlining, a chapter workspace, and rewrite controls. Import pasted text or .md, .txt, and .docx files; export as Markdown, plain text, PDF, or EPUB. Imports are limited to 10 MiB, 150 chapters, 800 scenes, and 50,000 paragraphs, with a 64 KiB paragraph cap. The Editor plan is free forever; prepaid agent credits start at $10, paid once. Loreon offers a free trial. It is web-only, with no offline mode or desktop app.
