LegendKeeper
What it is
LegendKeeper is a web-based workspace for game masters and storytellers building settings or organizing RPG campaigns. Its wiki offers nested pages, rich-text editing, auto-linking, templates, tags, and shortcuts. Users can nest maps, connect them to wiki articles, and upload maps up to 14K pixels and 100 MB. Timelines provide chronicle, Gantt chart, and calendar views, plus custom calendar systems and linked timelines. Collaborative whiteboards support sketches, flow charts, DM screens, and pointcrawls tied to project pages. Projects are private by default, with real-time collaboration, public sharing, granular permissions, and secrets. Users can import Markdown, Obsidian, WorldAnvil, Google Docs, and other formats, then export projects. The browser app stores wiki and atlas edits locally for later syncing, but unsynced offline work can be lost if browser data is cleared. LegendKeeper is not a virtual tabletop and is intended to accompany tools such as Foundry or Roll20. It is described as being in open beta, with some core features still planned. Basic is free; Pro costs $7.50 per month billed annually.

LegendKeeper brings wiki pages, maps, timelines, and collaborative boards into a shared worldbuilding workspace. Its lack of a mobile app and virtual tabletop role make it better suited as a companion workspace than a single tool for every campaign need.
Who it suits
LegendKeeper suits game masters, storytellers, writers, game designers, and worldbuilding hobbyists who want a shared workspace for campaign or setting material. It is intended to complement, not replace, a virtual tabletop.
