LeadLex
Munich, Germany
What it is
LeadLex is a web CRM for patent and trade mark firms, and its maker says it also serves commercial law firms. It builds client, prospect, and referrer records from connected email, calendars, Teams, and LinkedIn. Prospector searches more than 210 million business contacts across 480-plus industries, including in-house counsel, general counsel, and IP managers. LeadLex monitors EPO and national EU registers and matches filings with client records and firm conflict walls. Plain-English rules can turn events such as an approaching renewal into drafts for review. The system prepares renewal notes, follow-ups, and meeting briefings, but a partner must approve drafts before anything reaches a client. Other functions include relationship CRM, pipeline reporting, and event contact capture. Live connectors include Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, and WhatsApp; Slack is beta, while LinkedIn Sync and Webhook are coming soon. Data is stored and processed in Frankfurt without replication outside the EU. Security controls include isolated firm instances, encryption, role-based access, conflict walls, MFA, and append-only audit trails. Pricing is on request.
