What it is
Klennet Recovery is Windows software for DIY recovery of data from physical disks, partitions, USB flash drives, SD cards, NAS arrays, RAID volumes, and disk images. It supports FAT16/32, exFAT, NTFS, HFS+, APFS, BTRFS, ext2/3/4, F2FS, XFS, and ZFS recovery. RAID support covers RAID 0, RAID 1, and RAID 5; other RAID levels are generally unsupported. The software reads several RAID metadata formats, including DDF, Windows LDM, Linux MD-RAID, LVM2, and Synology write-back NVMe cache metadata, but not Adaptec RAID metadata. It can read and create raw, single-file VHD, and single-file VHDX images; differencing image chains are unsupported. Automatic validation and manual preview are available. The evaluation version includes the licensed version's functions but does not copy recovered files out. It requires Windows 10 or later, an internet connection, and at least 8 GB of RAM; ZFS recovery requires at least 16 GB. The Personal license costs $399 a month, and Commercial costs $899 a month.
