Infobip Voice API
London, United Kingdom
What it is
Infobip Voice API provides voice tools for adding calls to mobile and web applications, including calls to landlines and mobile phones. Developers can use Calls API to build inbound or outbound applications and control calls over PSTN, WebRTC, or SIP. Voice functions include programmable calls, voice messages, IVR with DTMF collection, click-to-call, number masking, and browser-based WebRTC. Speech tools offer text-to-speech in more than 100 languages and accents, along with speech capture and transcription. Voice can be used with Infobip Inbox, Customer Profiles, Chatbots, and Journeys. SIP trunking connects a PBX or SBC to Infobip, and inbound calls can use static or dynamic routing rules. Voice calling is also documented through WhatsApp and Viber, including WhatsApp Business Calling with business verification. Native SDKs are supported for JavaScript, Android, and iOS. There is no free plan; a 60-day trial has call quotas, verified-mobile-number restrictions for phone calls, and a five-minute limit per trial phone call. Trial availability is geographically limited, and U.S. calls require Support to enable them.
