What it is
Humulo provides OSHA-aligned virtual reality safety training simulations with certificates and session scoring. Its modules run fully offline on standalone PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise and Meta Quest 3 headsets and cover forklift operation, lockout/tagout, fire extinguishers, confined spaces, and other topics. The Safety Insights Portal summarizes scores, error patterns, comprehension, and near-miss trends by site. Humulo can build custom VR modules from customer procedures and equipment specifications, with cost and timing depending on complexity. Its Workshop lets a VR presenter share an interactive 3D model with viewers on a desktop, tablet, phone, or in a Microsoft Teams meeting; Workshop is in beta and access is offered to select early adopters. The service supports xAPI and SCORM 1.2/2004 and names integrations including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, 360Learning, Skillsoft Percipio, and Cornerstone OnDemand. Enterprise authentication includes SAML 2.0 and Active Directory. Humulo describes typical enterprise deployments as operational within 10–14 days of contract signing. Listed pricing includes a $75 per-user annual seat, a $550 per-seat annual option, and a $2,349 Year 1 headset price including service. Annual service from Year 2 costs $750 per headset; activation is $1,150 once, and a 30-day pilot is $3,499 once.
