Core field capture works offline by saving locally and synchronizing after reconnection; the Agent and report delivery require an internet connection. Inspectors can import Spectora and Home Inspector Pro templates or a documented CSV format. Agent edits appear in Review and an AI-edit ledger, where inspectors can change or remove them before publication. The Individual plan costs $49 a month for one solo inspector.
