What it is
Global Shares provides employee stock plan administration and equity compensation management for private and public companies. It supports plan types including ESPP, RSU and LTIP, as well as stock options, restricted stock, phantom shares and tax-advantaged share plans. Participants can use a desktop or mobile portal to view holdings, awards, transactions and tax or award statements; they can also sell, purchase or transfer shares and take part in proxy voting.
