Epistles Mail
What it is
Epistles Mail is an email app for bringing messages from supported providers into one inbox. It supports Gmail, Microsoft 365, Fastmail, JMAP servers, iCloud, Proton, and IMAP, with offline access, scheduled sending, and calendar tools. Mail content, attachments, drafts, and the search index stay on the device; search checks a local cache. The app uses local-first, zero-knowledge encryption, and its Cloud Vault stores ciphertext only. Epistles servers do not store mailbox content. It is available on macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, the web, Apple Watch, and Wear OS. The free plan supports two connected accounts. Pro costs $35 per year after a 14-day free trial and allows unlimited connected accounts. Pro also includes password-protected, expiring email, with flat-rate rather than per-seat billing. iCloud support includes mail, calendar, and contacts. On the watch app, users can archive, snooze, pin, reply with templates, and RSVP. Epistles passed a CASA Tier 2 security assessment by TAC Security.
