eFileMyForms is a web service for filing 1099, 1098, W-2, 1042-S, and Affordable Care Act forms, with optional printing and mailing of recipient copies. It supports more than 25 IRS-compliant federal and state forms. Filers can enter payer and recipient details manually or upload Excel or CSV data using templates and validations. Optional TIN matching checks recipient name and TIN combinations against IRS records before filing. Customers can manage corrections for eligible original 1099, 1095, W-2, and 1042-S forms filed through the service, including forms from current and prior tax years. Paid options include 1099-NEC direct state reporting for eligible returns; ACA direct state reporting is listed for California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia. The FAQ says that from tax year 2026, returns will be transmitted through IRS IRIS without customers managing their own TCC. Account creation is free, but filing services are separately priced.
