DisputeReady
What it is
DisputeReady is chargeback operations software for Stripe merchants. It tracks disputes and helps teams prepare evidence using a guided checklist, packet builder, PDF export, and linked policy snapshots. The product connects to Stripe for dispute information and supports WooCommerce and the Proof API for linking orders and proof events. Core provides a Stripe-ready export for upload in the Stripe Dashboard; Growth and Scale add guided in-app submission when a dispute supports it. Teams approve mapped fields and confirm before submission, and the service does not submit unattended. Organizations, member roles, owner assignment, and email and Slack alerts support collaborative workflows. Sensitive dispute operations data is encrypted at rest in production, and data sent between a browser and DisputeReady is encrypted in transit. Signed-in users must belong to an organization, with access governed by membership and role; dispute work has no public data room or guest access. A free account can use a limited Dispute Response Builder preview, but the full dashboard, exports, and submission paths require a paid plan. Core costs $99 a month, Growth $199 a month, and Scale $399 a month. Shopify integration is not currently offered.
